When we get your inquiry, whether by phone, email, or coming into the shop, we will sit down and talk about your vision together—including the type of project, the number of items, if you have a design in mind, and time frame of filling the order you need.

This can be directly from a disgn you bring us OR a design we create using the description and details you give us during your initial consultation. We will tweak the design until it is just right (and doesn’t infringe on any copyrights), and then we’ll move on to the production phase. Cost will include time spent on the design time needed for each project.

Every time we have a new screen printing order, we prepare fresh screens to ensure the design is clean and clearly printed on your garments. This includes a washing, a heat-printing the final design into the screen, and a rinsing to finalize the image onto the screen canvas.

While each screen is drying, we prepare the ink to be used for the print. Depending on how many colors your print has, we match each color by hand-mixing the inks needed using our pantone color-matching system to make your print come out perfectly.

Now, we set each screen layer in the order the colors need to be added to create your design seamlessly. We clean each garment board, align the garments on the adhesive, spread the ink with our specially trained screen printing techniques, and heat cure each color layer until the design is complete.

Once the design is fully applied, the garments each go through our 315º heat-curing oven one final time to solidify the ink so they are ready to be packed for delivery. Each item is inspected carefully before being packed to ensure the quality meets our shop standards.

After inspection, the garments are packed in order of their like styles and sizes, the count and order number are confirmed, and the box is ready to be picked up in store or delivered to its final destination.
